Warranty Coverage
1. Product Guarantee:
We guarantee that every ROIK product will be free of manufacturing defects. If you experience any manufacturing-related issues, we will be happy to repair or replace the product free of charge.
The warranty does not cover any damage, including but not limited to: misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, change of mind, overfilled wallets/products, products deformed due to misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, color change, acids, ink , oils, solvents, water or malicious damage. For example: If you put more cards than recommended in the wallet, the leather will naturally warp, putting undue stress on the seams and other materials. This scenario is not covered by our warranty.
In any case, we reserve the right to inspect the item and make a fair judgment as to whether the fault is covered by our warranty. We reserve the right to offer a repair, an exchange for the same item (or a “similar” item if the same is not available), or a full refund.
