1. Organizer
The organizer of this draw is ROIK Brand SL, you can consult all the company's registration data in the privacy policy , hereinafter, "ROIK".
2. Purpose
The purpose of this giveaway is to promote the ROIK brand and encourage subscription to our mailing list to receive marketing communications.
3. Participation Requirements
Participation in this competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over, resident in the European Union, who subscribe to our newsletter. Employees of ROIK, its affiliates, or associated companies are not eligible to participate.
4. Duration of the Sweepstakes
The draw will take place from November 2, 2024 to December 30, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered valid entries.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a ROIK Messenger backpack (model: The Messenger), worth €119. The winner will choose the colour of the backpack from the 3 options available at the time of the draw. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Participation Mode
To participate in the draw, interested parties must:
- Subscribe to ROIK newsletter on our official website or through any social media channels.
- Agree to receive marketing emails from ROIK, which may include product updates, special offers, and other promotional content.
Each participant may participate only once. Any duplicate entries will be discarded.
7. Selection of the Winner
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the drawing period. The drawing will take place on December 1st at 10:00am and will be supervised by ROIK representatives through the payment platform sortea2.com as validator of the drawing.
8. Notification to the Winner
The winner will be notified by email within 1 day of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the given time frame will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

ROIK will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy . Entrants may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time without affecting their participation in the prize draw.
